Cabbage Cucumber Dill Salad (serves 2-3)
Ingredients: ½ of a head of green cabbage, ½ of a cucumber, 5 sprigs of dill, 1 TB olive oil, 1 tsp. lemon juice, salt to taste

Preparation: shred cabbage, preferably using a mandolin; chop cucumber into small cubes; chop dill then mix the above ingredients with salt, oil, and lemon juice. Serve chilled.
