Curry Ice Cream 2 pitted dates, soaked for 2 hours ½ cup coconut meat ½ cup raisins 1 Tbsp agave nectar 1 ½ tsp curry powder Directions: Drain dates, reserving about 3 Tbsp of the soaked water.
