Strawberry and Pear Delight 1 pint fresh strawberries 1 pint pears, halved and cooked 2 cups mint tea or apple juice 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1 bar agar-agar -Rinse agar-agar in cold water. Squeeze out excess water and tear into small pieces. -Simmer in tea or juice 15 minutes. Skim off foam. -Arrange pear halves on the bottom of a glass dish or mold.
