Sweet Potato Pie 1 Recipe of your favorite pie crust. 2 cups cooked, mashed Sweet potatoes (yams). 3 beaten eggs ½ to ¾ cup brown sugar, barley malt, syrup, or honey. 1 tsp. cinnamon. ½ tsp. cloves. ¼ tsp. nutmeg. ½ tsp. allspice. 1 scant tsp. salt. 1 ½ cups evaporated milk (or mixed nonfat dry milk, goat milk, soy milk, or cashew milk).
