Kidney Yang Xu JUMBO SHRIMP WITH CHIVE BUTTER Ingredients 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted 6 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 36 uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, butterflied Whole chives Preparation Preheat broiler.
