Quinoa Chard Pilaf 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil 1/2 onion, diced 1-1/2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed 1/2 cup canned lentils, rinsed 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped 2 cups vegetable broth 1/2 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
