Cuaker

In South America there is a drink called Cuaker. 1 cup oatmeal 3 cups water 2 apples peeled and cut in chunks ¼ cup maple syrup Pinch of stevia ½ teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt for taste Cook everything together for 30 minutes.  Blend and add more water if needed.  It should be a very thin congee consistency after blended.
