2 Celery Stalks, cut into 2 inch Pieces LV, ST Sweet, Bitter, Cold Clears Heat, Resolves Toxins, Subdues Liver Yang, Drains Damp, Calms Shen
¼ Cup of Rice Wine ST, LV, H Pungent, Sweet, Warm Invigorates Blood, Expels Cold
2 Black Peppercorn ST, LI Pungent Warm Warms the Middles Jiao, Descend ST Qi, Expels Damp and Cold

Directions Of How to Make Broth
1) Rinse the chicken pieces under cold water.
2) Place in a large pot and add the 10 Cups ( Or Enough to Cover).
3) Add the Ginger, Green onions, Celery, Rice Wine, and bring to a boil over medium heat, occasionally skimming off the foam that rises to the top.
4) Add the Salt and Pepper.
5) Cover, Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
6) Strain the broth.
