Congee with chicken liver
Yield: 4 servings

1 cup of rice (white, brown, sweet, basmati)
5-10 cups of water (depending on how thick or thin you like)
½ lb of chicken livers, cleaned of membranes

1. Cook all together for about 4-6 hours on low flame or overnight in a crockpot. Season mildly with sea salt or miso.
