Donkey Hide Gelatin and Glutinous Rice Congee
(4-6 servings)

30 g e jiao, crushed
50g glutinous rice
50g millet
50g purple rice
50g brown sugar

1. Put the glutinous rice, millet and purple rice in 6-8 cups of water (depending on preferred consistency). Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
2. Add the brown sugar and the gelatin. Bring back to a boil, mix thoroughly, and serve.
