Clean, Mean Burritos

(Serves 1)

1 Whole grain tortilla
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup cooked black beans
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
(Add onion, cucumber, avocado, radish, and lettuce to your liking)

Warm the tortilla in a dry skillet until pliable, or wrap it in a dampened dish towel and heat in a 300 degree oven for 5-6 minutes.
Place the rice in the center of the warmed tortilla, and mound the beans on top of the rice. Add vegetables, sprinkle with cilantro. Fold up tortilla and enjoy! :)

Radish- Cool, pungent, and sweet, removes stagnant food, moistens lungs, resolves mucus, quenches thirst, relieves alcohol intoxication
Lettuce- Neutral and bland, invigorates qi, removes stagnation, reduces swelling, and softens hardness. (Mild in action)

Overall this recipe is good for KD yin xu and also promoting fluids.
